Product Description

Axis offers the latest technology in gas diffusion sterilization systems. The products to be sterilized are placed in the Liner Bag together with the EO Gas Cartridge, Dosimeter, Humidity Chip and sealed with a tie or a sealing machine.

All information on the device is provided to be displayed on the color monitor. All stages such as resistance, fan, vacuum, conditioning, sterilization, ventilation and so on can be easily followed, and visual and auditory warnings are given in case of any malfunction.

EO is used in healthcare facilities to sterilize critical items (and sometimes semi-critical items) that are sensitive to moisture or heat and cannot be sterilized by steam or other sterilization methods. Therefore, a wide variety of materials, especially polymeric components commonly used in medical devices, can be sterilized with EO.

The cabin is automatically kept under permanent vacuum in all stages (conditioning sterilization-ventilation) and user safety is ensured.
