AXIS brand containers with automatic cartridge activators allow for the automatic activation of EO cartridges (AR series) used in oxide sterilization specific to the gas diffusion system without the need for external human control and intervention.

The automatic removal of ethylene oxide remaining from sterilized materials at the end of the sterilization process ensures that ethylene oxide is used safely without posing any danger to human health. Activators also eliminate the need for the use of sterilization bags known as Liner Bags or simple bags traditionally used in ethylene oxide sterilization based on a gas diffusion system.

The system allows instant monitoring of sterilization conditions inside the container from the glass sterilization cell without the need to open the container. Reducing the total sterilization and aeration time to a total of 6 hours, the system provides a fast and safe sterilization process thanks to EO, which proves its effectiveness every day.
