The AXIS AXRD-200 is a fully automatic, high-performance next-generation incubator providing ultra-fast and reliable biological indicator evaluation for Steam, Hydrogen Peroxide, Ethylene Oxide, and Formaldehyde sterilization processes. It delivers 1-minute rapid reading for Steam (AX225) and Hydrogen Peroxide (AX94) biological indicators, enabling immediate results and significantly reducing waiting times. Designed for hospitals, CSSDs, laboratories, and sterilization centers, the AXRD-200 maximizes accuracy and full digital traceability while minimizing operator intervention.

The device features a built-in QR Code Reader that automatically scans the code on the biological indicator cap to identify the BI type, incubation time, and lot number — eliminating manual data entry errors and ensuring precise cycle monitoring. With 10 independent wells storing up to 2,000 records each, the AXRD-200 offers a total capacity of 20,000 results, providing full long-term traceability without the need for any external storage system.

The built-in web server enables secure remote access to device data, reports, and configuration settings via PC, tablet, or local network. Results can be transferred to central cloud systems for remote monitoring, data backup, and performance analysis. On select models, Bluetooth connectivity paired with the Axis Mobile App provides real-time tracking and operational flexibility. Built-in Wi-Fi ensures seamless integration with hospital and laboratory networks, while the app delivers automatic digital result recording, PDF-exportable reports, real-time visual and audible alarms, and centralized monitoring via network integration.
